...handstamp to show that an additional "second" penny had been paid for delivery outside the Bills of Mortality.  This handstamp is in a similar ink to the Chief Office PENNY POST PAID Dockwra and as Clapham was in the country area it required the additional one penny.  VERY RARE.  Abraham Atkins was noted for being successful in setting up Trusts.  Further information contained on the presentation card.  Ex Holyoake.
