1840 JAN 10th FIRST DAY OF UNIFORM PENNY POST Entire addressed to London showing on the front a Black Manuscript 2 of LYNN. Unpaid at source. The letter is certifying the birth of John Patrick by his eldest sister after the death of his parents, ie before official birth certificates were issued, a great genealogical record!
