1934  Local Birmingham envelope sent at Printed Paper Rate but showing Contains a Letter in/Typewriting Characters/75, unable to be delivered and returned to sender.  The charge was cancelled by a Violet CHARGE NOT COLLECTED WHEN LABELS RECORDED and then by Two 1d Postage Dues which were voided using Dumb cancels.  UNUSUAL.
