1842 Cover addressed to The Earl of Powis...London franked by a very fine four-margin 1d Red-Brown, SG 8, Plate 19, lettered P-J, tied by by a very fine Distinctive WELSHPOOL Maltese Cross with SOLID CENTRE. There is a WELSHPOOL cds on the reverse for AP 24/1842.
