1883 ½d Deep Green, SG 164 and 9d DULL GREEN, SG 195, tied to plain Registered envelope addressed to Germany by very fine REGISTERED/IPSWICH oval datestamps. The 9d DULL GREEN ON COVER IS VERY RARE. This is the finest known example from 8 covers recorded.
