1795 Entire from Amsterdam to London showing a VERY FINE AND RARE P.P mark of the Foreign Office used for a short period prior to the introduction of PP/1795 mark, L 1024. Written in Dutch?, I can see that it mentions "Doctor Kray" who may be the doctor...
