1838 ENTIRE FROM JAMAICA addressed to Aberdeen, landed in Falmouth and showing a VERY FINE FALMOUTH 1/2 IN GREEN. Charged 2/6 as single letter rate - 1/3d from West Indies plus 1/4d to Aberdeen, less 1d Rebate from Falmouth. Letter is headed Duplicate Original, Per Packet... and appears to concern a fire in an engine...
