1844 TURNED ENVELOPE addressed to Hertfordshire, turned and sent to Tarbert, Ireland, SHOWING A VERY FINE WALTHAM CROSS UNIFORM 𝓟𝓪𝓲𝓭1𝓭. On arrival at Tarbert it was redirected a second time to Valencia, an island just off the south west coast of Ireland.
