1904  Envelope addrressed to Gipsy Hill, S E, franked by LONDON BRIGHTON AND/SOUTH COAST RAILWAY 2d Railway Letter Stamp together with a Pair of Edward VII ½d, SG 216, both tied by BALHAM PARCELS OFFICE ovals; as the ½d stamps have been incorrectly cancelled by the Parcels Office stamp, Norwood Office applied their mark clear of both adhesives and address.
