PARCELS QV1½d Dull Purple & Green, SG O65, tied by London rubber handstamps.  Also showing on the front is PARCEL POST/LONDON CHIEF OFFICE, E.C. in Purple - apparently an illegal use of Government Parcels as the parcel weighed less than the regulatory 3 lb.
