1840 Jan 14th Printed entire to Hartlepool showing on the front a very fine YORK Uniform Handstruck Pd. 1 in Red, Y 3344. An early date. The letter is from Batty Melville & Co indicating that a salesman will be visiting, presumably to obtain an order? Batty Melville were wholelsale stationers.
