1857  Registered Entire from Newcastle to Hoare & Co, Brewers, London, franked by a 2d Blue, SG 34, Plate 5, lettered C-B, with Re-entry, and a 6d Lilac, SG 70, tied by Newcastle-on-Tyne 545 numerals; also on the front is a REGISTERED/DATE/G.P.O in Red.  Very interesting letter concerning enclosing second halves and first halves of notes...  Also mentions Good Friday and Easter Monday as holidays although "Bank Holidays" didn't "officially"...
