1883  Envelope addressed to Cromer franked by a very fine bottom marginal 1d Lilac, SG 172, showing 1ST MARGINAL SETTING 'NO MARGINAL RULE' and ½d Green, SG 165, both tied by VERY FINE 'CALEDONIAN T.P.O./DAY UP' Thimble cds.  On arrival it was redirected to Crawley and charged '1' in manuscript, W 658.
