...THEY ARE MEETING WITH OPPOSITION...".   Also, "...THERE WERE 20 PIRATES HANGED HERE A FEW WEEKS AGO.  THE CAPTAIN AND 19 OF THE CREW OF THE ??...".  It is without arrival postmarks so was presumably smuggled on ship that docked at Greenock?
