...CAXTON BAG.  Showing a very fine SLOPING ITALIC NORWICH used on Cross Post letters between 1730 and 1734.  Norwich is the only town-marking associated with Cross Posts in England, NK 286b.  RARE.  ONLY THREE RECORDED.  Initially charged 6d to Norwich and 2d to Yarmouth making "INALL 8".
